How old was your baby when you started switching from formula to whole milk?
My baby is 11 months old, just wondering if I can start slowly switching from formula to whole milk? Any advice on the best way to do this? Thanks!

Any doctor will tell you to wait until your child is at least a year old. Any younger and they can’t digest it.

Also, remember that whole milk should not be a substitute for formula. At 11 months old, I would be considering cutting out the formula, and switching to whole foods. Talk to your doctor. He can help you make the switch.

How can i lose weight without messing up my milk supply?
i have been exclusively breastfeeding until now. My daughter is 8 month old and starting to eat solids once a day. I am so in need of losing weight and i so desperately need help. I am going back to school for a second degree and my schedule is absolutely tight. Is there any way or anything I can do that can fit my schedule and help me lose weight without messing up my milk supply. Anything from exercise to diet to anything.Somebody please help me.Thanks

My wife found that she lost weight after continuing to breastfeed past one year. The milk production took fat from her waste.
Just keep going and feed baby first before she eats solids.

What is the soonest you can start gaining symptoms of pregnancy? I have not started my period yet but im not due to start it til next week. Yet i have symptoms of pregnancy. I have nausea, sore breasts, fatigue, hunger, i had spotting about once a week in a half ago and once last friday, so help please.

what is yours or your partners favourite word to do with pregnancy?
Ok, the question doesnt really get the point across very well. For some reason my partner thins the word colustrum is hilarious. He found it funny in my first pregnancy and im now 30 weeks with our second and i got an email the other day with the word colustrum in it and he honestly almost wet himself from laughing so much. I really dont get it, lol.

I dont get why that’s funny.. but hey that’s a man for ya! lol I am only 21 weeks along on our first so the hubby hasn’t found anything really funny yet.. except he finds humor in the fact that I plan to pump.. he doesn’t get why I would spend money on a pump for baby (when my breast will work just fine) but I won’t splurge on maternity clothing.. I think he feels I am already neglecting myself for our child.. I dunno my hubby always puts me first before anything.. little does he know how much things are about to change
