Is it ok to heat breast milk that has been refrigerated?
So, I just began breastfeeding and I pretty much have the basics down on how to feed and how to store pumped milk. I have some stored away in the freezer and some stored in the refrigerator. I’m wondering is it ok to heat the milk prior to a feeding after being refrigerated?

only in a bottle warmer. a microwave will kill off all the living antibodies in it
