I like to put fake blood dripping out of all the rips in my clothes and I find the most effective look particularly with red contacts is to have fake blood coming from your eyes like blood tears, just be careful to not put the blood in your eyes, just rolling down them. This is my favorite cheap Halloween costume and looks really creepy with the red lenses in.
